1. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders to our customers in Germany and worldwide. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.
2. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We specialize in high-quality ceramic mugs, and we ensure each item is carefully packed for its journey.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.
4. Currency
All transactions on our store are processed in USD ($). For our German customers, the final amount reflected on your bank statement will be converted from USD based on your bank's current exchange rate.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s official portal.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
nulip.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Since we ship to Germany, please be aware of your local EU import regulations.
7. Fragile Packaging & Damages
Since our products are ceramic, we use reinforced packaging to prevent breakage. If you receive your order and the product is damaged, please contact us immediately:
