- Products: We specialize in high-quality ceramic mugs. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.
- Pricing: All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). For customers in Germany, please be aware that your bank or credit card issuer may apply currency conversion fees.
- Taxes: Prices displayed do not include import duties or VAT that may be applicable upon entry into Germany. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers. Delivery times to Germany may vary depending on customs processing. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (GERMAN CONSUMERS)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers residing in Germany have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the full instructions on how to exercise this right.
