1. Right to Cancel (EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period)

Since we serve the German market, under European Union rules, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email: support@nulip.shop.


2. General Return Conditions

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • The Goods were not used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or customized ceramic mugs.
  • Items on clearance/final sale.

3. Damaged or Broken Items

Ceramic is fragile. If your mug arrives cracked, broken, or defective, please contact us immediately at support@nulip.shop with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Photographs of the damaged item and the packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you for items damaged during transit.


4. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send the items to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

  • Method: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
