By placing an order on nulip.shop, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions. These terms govern the financial transactions between you (the customer) and 107 BANANA STREET LLC.

3. Pricing and Taxes

  • Total Cost: The total price you see at checkout includes the product cost and any applicable taxes.
  • Free Shipping: As per our policy, we offer Free Shipping on all ceramic mugs to Germany. No additional shipping fees will be added at billing.
  • Import Duties: Since we ship from the USA, international orders may be subject to import VAT or customs duties once they reach Germany. These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities per person or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment in USD. The final amount in Euros may vary slightly from the original purchase price due to fluctuations in exchange rates between the date of purchase and the date of refund.
