nulip.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). For our customers in Germany, please consult your local customs office regarding potential import fees for goods arriving from international fulfillment centers.

5. Damages & Fragile Item Protection

As we specialize in ceramic mugs, we take extra precautions with our packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Email support@nulip.shop with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
